Do I need to actually work in my shop?

Yes. Although we do not require a full-time commitment, you must be willing to work in your shop and remain continuously involved in the day-to-day operations of your business. Because our salons are open seven days a week, it is possible to keep your regular job and manage the business during off-hours and weekends, however the more time the franchisee spends on site, the better the salon tends to run.
